A slow morning walk with the family 🤍
Wearing my new leggings that I am absolutely loving, paired with this soft, easy top from . Lately I’ve been really intentional about what I’m adding to my wardrobe—leaning into low-tox pieces and slowly choosing items made with cotton or better-for-you materials. Quality over quantity, always.

I also grabbed the matching sweatpants, which I’ll be sharing on our next “cold day” in Florida 😂 (you know… under 65°).

And I have to mention one of my favorite Christmas gifts—this hair curler that literally does the work for me. You can’t really tell in this photo, but I’ve been telling everyone about it because I have zero hair skills and somehow I can curl my hair now 🙌🏼

✨ Sharing something a little different today ✨

I recently posted about my vagus nerve stimulator on my homeschool account and was blown away by how many of you reached out with questions about it! Because it’s been such a game-changer for me, I wanted to share it here on my styling page as well.

This year, one of my biggest focuses for myself and my family has been nervous system regulation, meditation, and mindfulness — and this particular tool has helped me tremendously. Later, my husband and I snuck away for a delicious dinner date, and now I’m closing out the day feeling nothing but grateful —
