The Bardstown Arts and Crafts Festival IS ON everyone!!!! No hurricane remnants will steal our thunder! ⚡️⛈️💨 Saturday should be perfect… at least most of the day! So come early (or late to “tent hop” ☂️). 😂 Either way Top Me Off Hat Designs will be there! Sat 10-6 and Sun 10-5! Some new designs for your viewing pleasure!

Top Me off Hat Designs is set up and ready here at the Gallatin Main Street Festival. This long-standing festival boasts over 200 booths and over 30,000 visitors. Definitely not a festival you want to miss! Here from 10-4 CDT.
