*** Critical PPE Update 2 ***

This is an update to our previous PPE Product posts from 4/3 and 4/6.

After negotiating with production, we have been able to move the min order total from $100,000 down to $10,000. This is great news because we can now support a greater number of organizations that are in desperate need of these items.

Each of our PPE products have the required FDA and CDC certifications. All of our pricing is DDP (Duty Delivered Paid). All duties, tariffs and freight are included into the unit cost, so there are no other costs associated with an order.

Current PPE products available:
• KN95 Masks - Min order qty = 1,500
• 3-Ply Surgical Masks - Min order qty = 2,500
• Level 2 Surgical Masks - Min order qty = 25,000
• Isolation Gowns - Min order qty = 50
• Full Seal Protective Goggles - Min order qty = 100

We are diligently working on adding additional PPE equipment and will update our website as soon as they are available.

Let us know if you are in need of these items. We can provide complete product specs, images, packaging details, licenses and certifications.

*** Critical PPE Update ***

This is an update to our previous PPE Product post.

There is intense global demand for Medical Grade FDA/CDC Approved PPE products. Because of this, production has changed the requirements for minimums on future orders. After today we will not be able to accept orders that are less than $100,000.00.

This is extremely unfortunate because we were hoping to be able to accommodate smaller needs that we know exist.

What this means is that you would need to place and order with us by 10:00pm EST tonight if you are needing smaller qty’s of PPE. Please reach out to us out to us if you need to order within this tight window.

Here are the details for the min order qty’s that are available until 10:00pm EST tonight, after this we will only be able accept orders that exceed $100,000.00.

Each of these products have the required FDA and CDC certifications.

Current PPE products available:

• KN95 Masks - Min order qty = 1,500
• 3-Ply Surgical Masks - Min order qty = 2,500

7 Reasons We Love Promotional Products (And You Should, Too!)

The ever expanding world of promotional products is as exciting as they come. From the vantage point of a distributor in the promotional products industry, there are always incredible products that are worthy of being presented to clients as creative solutions to their marketing and communications needs. Coming off the heels of two of the hottest product shows in the industry, here are several reasons we love promotional products (and hope you do, too!).

1. Don’t sleep on writing instruments
Logoed writing instruments make a last impression on consumers. As reported by ASI in their annual impressions study, writing instruments are owned by 56% of the US population and 48% of all candies.
2. Promotional products are useful
Promotional products not only stick with consumers, they prove useful and could shed a favorable light on your target audience. From bags to drinkware to desk/office accessories, these products make the consumer’s life easier, day-in and day-out.
3. Calendars hang around
Digital calendars are outstanding. They’re sharable and easy to add, remove or update appointments or obligations. What they aren’t, though, is tangible. Hanging wall calendars have a lasting impression, sticking around for about 12 months, on average… go figure!
4. They’re downright cool!
The products offered are evolving into something more than the ordinary. Bluetooth speakers, athleisure apparel, wearable technology are all categories being expended almost daily. The offering is nearly limitless!
5. Put a cap on it!
Promotional caps and headwear are owned by nearly one out of ever four US citizens and more than one in five Canadians.
6. Look good, feel good, play good
Outfitting a team (office or sport) builds a sense of camaraderie and unity. Wicking polos in the office and personalized teamware can promote your brand while keeping everyone looking good!
7. Cheers, Prost, Sláinte, Na zdravie!
Logoed drinkware can be a great way to promote your brand, especially if you’re in Charlotte, NC, where it’s reported that 53% of residents keep logoed drinkware because they consider it attractive!

Trending Promotional Products to Increase Brand Awareness

We all know the classic promo items: the pen, the water bottle, the t-shirt. These classics have never let us down. They do their unique job; promoting our brand while putting our brand top of mind in the client’s hand. But in the marketing world, everyone is handing out those items, striving for the very same thing your company is… more business. What can you do to stand out? What items will represent the brilliance and ingenuity of your company and what you can do better than your competition? Here are a couple of items that might just do that.

The YETI®
This stainless steel, double-wall vacuum insulated bottle will keep your client’s beverages as cold as its namesake. These bottles are extra durable and come in a variety of sizes and shapes. The YETI® is probably the most recognizable brand for these type of drinkware, but there many other companies that are producing these amazing products. Show your customers you are on the up-and-up and hand these bad boys out instead of your average water bottle. Your clients will be the envy of the office and with your brand sprawled across the front of this amazing drinkware, those co-workers will know exactly where they got it.

Active Wear
Pullovers, Yoga Pants, Quarter-Zip’s, the options are endless. Society is trying to get back in shape and unfortunately it is not cheap to do so. While your clients are busy juggling gym membership fees and finding the perfect running shoe, why not assist with outfitting them. That perfect fit-hoodie with your company’s logo will travel well, leave a great impression and will be a part of their journey to physical fitness. When trying to market your brand, the classic t-shirt just isn’t going to cut it anymore. Look for well-made, comfortable, wearable athletic gear to ensure your brand won’t get stuffed into the back of the drawer.

Wireless Technology
The digital age is not slowing down. But now we are trying to be a little more eco-friendly while evolving, and so should you. At your next tradeshow or big event, hand out solar-powered power banks. Keep your clients charged and promote your brand while saving the planet. The next ten booths beside you will probably be handing out traditional power banks but yours will be the one your future clients keep. Bluetooth headphones and speakers are also great handouts as well.

To succeed in any industry, you need to keep growing as a business. Finding new clients and reminding your current customers why you are the best can be a bit daunting. But staying on top of trends in the promotional world can definitely assist with this never-ending task.

3 Technology Trends Guaranteed to Make a Big Impact with Your Clients

As a sales and marketing professional, there’s no doubt that you’ve had to find creative ways of delivering your brand’s message to prospective and current customers. At times, product driven branding can be a challenge. While it’s well documented that pens, bags and apparel are great vehicles to keep your brand top of mind with consumers, they may not fit all occasions. Tradeshows, job fairs and dealer exhibits are fine examples of occasions where traditional products may be a fit. They are affordable and will stick with the consumer.

In comes an opportunity to really wow your top-tier client. This is where we need to think outside the proverbial box and find items that are not only creative but demonstrate your ability to align with top retail trends. The Importance of Word of Mouth Marketing

It’s no secret that word-of-mouth marketing is one of the most powerful tools to effectively marketing your product and your business. It is also one of the simplest and most trusted forms of communication and marketing to reach the majority of the target market. Let’s face it: You’ll trust a friend’s voice infinitely more than you will a billboard ad. To marketers, this can be both a tool and a detriment to your brand.

There are many advantages of word-of-mouth marketing — one of these being, well, it’s free! Any promotional tool that’s free is a winning tool for me! (Well, for you, too). Word-of-mouth comes into play more than you may think. Even if it’s in day-to-day conversations, a Yelp review or event comments made in passing to a friend: It all matters. When comments are positive, this tool can become essential for sales of products and services while boosting your brand recognition.

On the flip side, if the talk around the water cooler about your brand is negative, this can be extremely harmful to your company image. Since trust in products and services can lie greatly between friends and family, if a loved one has a negative experience with your product or service, the chances of the other person going to you drops severely.

“So, how do I prevent negative word-of-mouth marketing?” you may ask. Well, it comes down to doing the little things right. First, ensure your product or service is up to code and you are satisfying your customers’ needs and wants every time, to the best of your ability. If a problem arises, address your client’s concerns as quickly as possible to resolve the situation. If it was your fault – own up to it. Handling a mistake with professionalism and speed could actually result in your client trusting, respecting and relying on you more.

No matter the situation, positive word-of-mouth marketing can be an easy, effective and free tool for success. So start talking and get your brand out there!

Budget Friendly Promotional Product Procurement Strategies

It is important to always maintain strategic marketing efforts that keep your brand name visible and top-of-mind with existing and prospective customers. One of the best ways to do this is with logoed promotional products, which do not have to be expensive to be an effective “billboard” for your company.

Focus on Smart Branded Products that Add Value
It doesn’t pay to simply pick the cheapest promotional item out there and slap your logo on it.
Here’s why:

• This item may not represent your company’s brand image or industry relevance.

• Low cost doesn’t have to mean ‘cheap’ in terms of quality, making items impractical for long-term use and requiring a higher volume – and higher cost – purchase.

• Spend your money on lower cost items more likely to stand the test of time – the less moving parts, the better.
Instead, purchase wisely:

• Select an industry and/or demographic-relevant item that may be used over the long-term – optimally one that solves a problem or makes life or work easier.

• Consider selecting an item that is out of the ordinary to help you stand out and build “buzz.” While pens or refrigerator magnets have their place, try to think outside of the proverbial box so customers will think of you more often and fondly.

Do Your Research
Take the time to do research before you select a budget friendly promotional product rather than hastily picking items in that catalog that’s been sitting on your desk for a while, or just going with the first company that pops up in the search engine.
Consider this strategy:

• Ask customers what kind of promotional product would be useful to them by conducting a quick survey, however informal. This will tell you what’s hot and what’s not.

• Check out newly introduced products in your low-end price point being offered across multiple companies.

• Compare prices between companies; call various firms to see if they provide any special discounts for new customers, return customers, bulk orders, end of month/quarter/fiscal, etc.

Find a Trusted Partner
Lastly, you may want to consider finding a trusted partner from which to purchase all of your branded products.
Here’s why:

• They value your business and can provide special incentives or value-added pricing.

• They can advise on ways to determine which low cost products provide the best return on investment.

• Your partner would have your best interests at heart and be ready with great quality product suggestions that meet your budget and marketing objectives.

In Summary
In highlighting the top points about economical promotional product procurement, remember this:

• Be unique but practical.

• Represent your brand and carry through your marketing theme.

• Don’t just pick the cheapest item on price, alone, as there are other strategic factors to consider.

• Do research on what’s available and what your customers want.

• Compare prices, products and companies.

• Pick a partner for a long-term value-added relationship.

Branded Barware Raises Spirits

Want to be the toast of the town with your prospects, clients and employees, alike? Think branded barware! Indeed, branded beverage accessories and drinkware are sure-fire promotional tools to keep spirits high. Whether the preference is beer, wine, liquor or liqueur, you’ll find a litany of logo-laden bar options to choose from.

Branded Barware Basics
Here are some of the most popular items to help your recipient duly stock the bar:
• Glassware: From wine glasses and champagne flutes to martini and shot glasses, glassware is a standout branded barware product for its practicality, long life, and surface area on which to display your message or logo.

• Steins and Stadium Cups: With everything from glass beer steins to their plastic stein mug counterparts…not to mention stadium plastic cups in various sizes and colors, these containers are appropriate for a bevy of beverages. The large variety of plastic sizes and colors also helps to ensure a corporate identity match. People just love these convenient cups for their portability and durability.

• Bottle Openers: This handy gadget comes in a multitude of shapes, sizes and configurations,
including those that are key-ring size or can be mounted on the side of a counter for regular use – and visibly display your logo.

• Coasters: No one likes liquid rings on their furniture so coasters are always a desired bar item to have on hand. These come in all shapes, sizes, and materials, including leather, acrylic, plastic and heavy-duty cardboard. Many also offer two sides on which to market your brand or even add a personalized message for the recipient.

• Cocktail Napkins: If you want to help the recipient enjoy their cocktails with class, nothing says sophistication like an elegant cocktail napkin tucked under a martini glass. This is a great way to make an elevated brand statement.

• Beer Buckets: Whether plastic or galvanized steel, a fun barware item is a beer bucket to hold a bunch of brews on ice. These are great for parties, backyard barbecues, or a camping or beach trip. The buckets can even be used as décor items when they are not keeping cold beer within reach. Of course, their large size offers a great promotional billboard opportunity.

In Summary
Here is a summary of the latest and greatest ways to say “cheers” with branded barware:
• Go for glass and plastic drinkware, including wine glasses, champagne flutes, and other stemware; beer steins; shot glasses; and mugs.
• A mountable bottle opener keeps it handy and well-used. Keychain bottles openers are also convenient…and highly visible.
• Coasters and cocktail napkins keep beverages from ruining cherished furniture with wet circles while also making a style statement.
• Beer buckets keep many drinks on ice to save on having to leave the game or party to get your next brew. Large buckets are great for displaying logos and messages in large form.
