At the end of the photos was a montage of videos of Mark speaking at past LuLaRoe events and home office calls.
I sat in the car wash bawling my eyes out. Thinking of how Mark will never grace us with his PHYSICAL presence again at a LuLaRoe event.
I don’t know how much time had passed until I realized I wasn’t hearing any loud noises of machinery or spraying water. My car was covered in soap and nothing was happening. I immediately began to feel myself go from 0-100 annoyance of the thought of having to go inside and possibly having soap drying on my car without any way of rinsing it off.
But then I smiled…I looked up towards the sky and said “Thank you Mark”. The little things, the material things…those are all so trivial in life. It’s the people we touch and inspire every day that actually means something.
Take some comfort in knowing that Mark is looking over all of us and that his legacy will continue to make a lasting impact.
