It’s that time of year again! The fundraiser shop is now open for On the Farm with type 1 and Hintze farm.
Proceeds from the sales go to breakthrough T1D.
The walk on the farm takes place on Oct 4th.
Select local pickup at checkout to have your order available for pickup at the farm on the day of the walk
