It has been brought to my attention that some customers have purchased a waist trainer from Pretty and Productive and can't use it due to ordering the incorrect size.
We're here to help, and if you have a trainer you can't use due to incorrect sizing, I'm willing to make it right. Our return policy is pretty firm; however, if you still have the trainer and it's in NEW condition, meaning it has not been worn and remains in the plastic wrap, after inspection, I will consider switching it out for the correct size.
Our goal here is to help, and if you have a trainer you can't use, we're not fulfilling our mission, so let us help you by getting you in the correct size and making this right. Please inbox or call during regular business hours.
