People with ADHD often have a difficult time in school. They may perform poorly on tests, have trouble staying organized, and find it hard to follow through on tasks. As a result, they may start to doubt themselves and their abilities. This can lead to self-doubt, anxiety, and a feeling that everything in life is a gamble.

One way to cope with these challenges is to learn to trust your intuition. Your intuition is your gut feeling, and it is often right. However, people with ADHD may have difficulty trusting their intuition because they have been wrong so many times in the past.

Another way to cope with ADHD is to learn to separate your emotions from the situation. When you are feeling anxious or stressed, it can be difficult to think clearly. By taking a step back and looking at the situation objectively, you can make better decisions.

Finally, it is important to remember that you are not alone. There are millions of people around the world who have ADHD. With the right support, you can succeed in school, work, and life.

Here are some tips for coping with ADHD:

Having people who understand what you are going through can make a big difference. Talk to your family and friends, or join a support group for people with ADHD

Seek professional help. If you are struggling to cope with ADHD, don't be afraid to seek professional help. A therapist can help you understand your ADHD and develop coping mechanisms.
Remember, you are not alone. There are millions of people around the world who have

My daughter constantly feels the need to wear her coat in school and for reasons unknown this gets her in trouble at school for not taking it off. Is this an ADHD thing. The answer is "NO" it's not an ADHD thing. There are several medical conditions that can cause someone to feel cold when no one else does. You should take into account body type and weight - people with no body fat tend to get colder the fastest. Not to mention a lot of teen girls feel more comfortable having a coat on as they tend to think it hides their body weight. Let's not forget it may just be the coolest coat this girl may have ever laid eyes on. Yes, people with ADHD are sensitive to smells, noise, textures and fabric touching the skin but coats are worn on over other clothes. The real question is why does the school care if a student keeps their coat on? I think anyone who feels like their freezing to death should have the right (without feeling like their going to get into trouble) to put their coat or jacket on. On the flip side If the school is worried about people carrying weapons that's why some schools have metal detectors.
