Carolina K is a luxury lifestyle brand created by designer Carolina Kleinman. After traveling the world with her husband and children, Carolina and her family settled in the magical town of Tepoztlan, Mexico. They continued to travel to Bolivia and Peru during the developing stages of her brand, where combining the artisanal work of different cultures became the differentiating ingredient of the e

merging designs. At present, Carolina and her family enjoy living in Miami, FL where she opened her first design studio and store. As a pioneer in working with communities of artisans in Latin America, the brand is known for its hand-embroidered details made authentically by artisans from remote regions of Mexico, Peru, and India. Carolina’s desire to preserve artisanal traditions is a vital part of her DNA and philosophy.

Alfredo Genovese is an Argentine visual artist and one of the most renowned masters of fileteado porteño, the traditional decorative painting style of Buenos Aires.

He trained as a painter before becoming captivated by fileteado, studying under master artists and ultimately dedicating his career to preserving and evolving the craft.

They met over 25 years ago through mutual friends and instantly hit it off, back when Carolina was starting the brand. They’ve been neighbors ever since, including now in Miami.

Deborah is a chef, singer, and songwriter from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is the founder of Tigre, a Michelin-recognized restaurant, and Los Pingüinos, a seasonal dining concept inspired by the spirit of the Argentinian bodegón.

We have been committed to this mission for over 20 years, and I feel deeply honored to continue this journey alongside FAO, helping empower more mountain communities and artisans in need of opportunity and support.

Most recently, I traveled to Peru on a scoping mission with FAO, visiting artisans in remote villages, learning about their challenges, and taking part in ceremonies rooted in tradition and respect for the land.

Originally from Córdoba, Argentina, Paloma is the founder of , a biophilic concept she created as a space for women to feel free, come together, and evolve alongside one another. She is an industrial designer, artist, and a true lover of nature.

Paloma and Carolina met over 20 years ago, and their friendship has remained strong ever since — growing together through different chapters of life while continuing to inspire one another.
