🚨Chin up & Pull up comparison. 🚨
Chin ups put the bicep in a stronger position so naturally it will be the muscle worked on the most. Pull ups on the other hand put the bicep in a much weaker position so the lats are being worked on more. Regardless of what grip you choose it will still work your arms shoulders lats and traps, it really depends on the person and their goals. πŸ’―
