Generation FleX (GFleX) refers to the period in {Back} History that pays homage to the Black Renaissance sweeping across the nation from 1980-2000. GFleX is where soul and revolution intersect; combining cultural awareness and unapologetic Blackness, Generation Flex is the revival of the renewal of fierce pride in one’s self and community of the late “Black Power” era.

Generation Flex: The Podcast – Hosted by GFleX creator Eric Troy Wright, Jr and co-creator and contributor Jabari Payne, Generation Flex: The Podcast is a 40-minute-long discussion on all things Generation Flex. The format rests largely on a conversation-style exchange of information. Combining academia, contemporary and historical facts, and informed opinions of hip-hop and its culture, Eric Troy and Jabari dive deep into Generation FleX and its primary contributors and cultural impact. Expected Launch Date: February 21st, 2016 Generation Flex: The Clothing Line - Inspired by the trends of the 80’s and 90’s, the GFleX clothing line will offer unique and culturally aware pieces that will not only represent true elements of Generation FleX and its culture, but will no doubt be the epitome of D.O.P.E. GFleX will launch its inaugural line in the Summer of 2016. Expected Launch Date: July 31, 2016
