Rücken komplett verspannt und wenig Lust. Die kam aber, wie immer, dann beim Training. Allerdings habe ich heute gemerkt, wie das tägliche Cardio meine Beine entleert. Zwei Wiederholungen weniger auf der Beinpresse heute und danach ein kompletter Fail an der Pendulum 🫣😂 Ohne Sc***ss, sowas ist mir noch nie zuvor passiert, aber der Saft war plötzlich komplett weg 🤷🏼‍♂️

Dafür gab‘s dann heute zwei Wiederholungen mehr am Paramount Plate Loaded Beinbeuger mit 60kg. Die gingen letzte Woche gerade mal vier Mal.

"One year ago today, I became a widow.

My husband — Fernando — was gone.
And suddenly, I was standing alone.
Two kids in my arms.
An empire to carry.
And a heart split in half.

June 25th is a death date.
But it’s also a birth date.
Because the Danielli who writes this today… wasn’t the same woman a year ago.

I had to rebuild everything — starting from myself.
Alone in the dark, I found the kind of strength no one trains you for.
I raised two kids, ran a company, and held my ground while the storm ripped everything familiar from me.
