Okay maybe not 😅 But I love this place (and cake), and this door, and this is my WIP at the moment.
Its not finished, but even my tall, quilt holding husband may be too short for this one once its done 😅

Spring is finally creeping into the air here in New England! I’m feeling that sense of renewal and hope that spring is on our doorstep and we are on the path to a return of some sort of normalcy (I’ll even take consistency 😅) in the era of Covid.
This is my fabric pull to test Uppercross pattern! I’m so looking forward to seeing this come to life!

Something new in the works around these parts.
Its been quiet around here as I work on a few new projects, new patterns, gift quilts, and busy day to day. While I may not have had a ton of time to play with fabric in the past couple of weeks, it sure is nice to look at 😊
This fabric pull is in the process of becoming a twin-sized I’m 😍😍😍 the strip combos its producing!

I sold the original Coronation quilt, and I couldn’t be happier its going home to a beautiful log cabin to be loved by one of my favorite people 🥰

I’ve slowed down for a few weeks here and now life is about to get crazy again after our little recharge. Bring on the busy!

Happy Heart Day! My heart is full today after celebrating my Theodore’s 3rd birthday yesterday, and getting some nice time with our close family yesterday and today. ♥️ I hope each of you get to spend some time reminding your loved ones of your love for them!

Do you love Fat Quarter friendly patterns? The first version of Coronation that I made was the FQ friendly version. This is where the pattern started.
My sweet friend was the inspiration for the name of this pattern. Her middle name is King, and the first quilt -as it was designed and tested for the first time was her 30th birthday gift!
The cozy backing (kitchen window woven) and the amazing quilting (Scottish plaid) - again by is my favorite kind of gift to give -everything was designed with my sweet friend in mind😁
