Silence is Compliance was created in the wake of 2020 by one of the partners of ESRMke; Erica W, a Milwaukee OG PoC-female screenprinter.

As the world heard the pain of one man's cry, Wisconsin stood up not just for George Floyd but for the state itself to fight their own battle daily here in Milwaukee and across the entire state.

From police brutality to fair housing and job opportunities every willing and able voice took to the streets to demand justice for humanity.

Among those voices has been one company fighting for a community since that touched not just the creators of ERSMke but the community and the surrounding areas.

So we here at want to give back to the community by offering to split 50% of all proceeds made from the SiC screenprint to to help in a small way to keep pushing for a better future for all that live here.

Broadscope Disability Services provides programs, services and resources for people and families living with disabilities. This program hits home for ESRMke as one of the creators is dyslexic and has worked to encourage children with disabilities to never give up no matter the hurdles.

It was a pleasure to meet the 💅👏🏽FABULOUS 👏🏽💅Mrs. Jennifer Potts today.

Not just a model for but a model on giving back to the community and a vibrant educator/owner of Center Street Nail Bar. She sat with us and explained what it was like to be taught in her years of schooling and how she strides to change the "standards" from the 90s to 2021 because today is not yesterday.

It's a new day and it's a new change.
