❓ What is your turnaround time?
Typically, turnaround is 3–4 weeks. If you need something sooner, feel free to reach out—sometimes I can make special arrangements.
❓ Is this an official business space, or do you work out of your home?

❓ Why are the estimates often presented in cost ranges?
The time (and cost) to complete a project depends on several factors, including:
Sourcing matching threads and trims
Beading, lace work, glitter, and other embellishments
Structural work hidden between layers
The more intricate the fabric or the more complex the design, the higher the cost tends to be.
❓ What happens at the fitting?
First fitting: I assess how the garment fits you and discuss the changes you’d like. While pinning the garment, we’ll chat a bit—getting to know you helps me tailor your garment better. For example, if you love dancing or hugging people, I’ll consider your arm movement while altering your dress.
Second fitting: We review all the changes made. If anything still needs adjusting, I’ll pin those changes then.
Bridal gowns typically require three fittings. The third is to ensure everything fits perfectly, with all the finishing touches in place. Most brides take their gown home after the third fitting.
❓ Can I bring someone with me?
Absolutely!
Having another set of eyes can be helpful. They're welcome to share their thoughts, but you’ll always have the final say on any changes.
Don’t forget to bring the shoes and undergarments you plan to wear with the garment!
❓ Do you alter men's suits?
Yes!
Be sure to bring the shoes you’ll wear to ensure the proper hem height.
❓ Do you do "Original Jean" hems?
Absolutely!
❓ What about everyday clothes?
Yes!
While I prioritize bridal, homecoming, and prom garments, I’m happy to help with everyday clothes when the schedule allows.
❓ How are payments handled?
Payment is due at pick-up.
I accept cash or check.

All garments will be steamed and pressed before pick-up.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we’ll need to reschedule.
Please bring only clean garments.
Items left more than one week after the scheduled pick-up date will incur a 20% storage fee.
Rush orders may incur additional fees if needed within the same week—and only if I’ve confirmed that I can fit it into the schedule
