“Project Live Out Loud is a Rapid Rehousing program for youth who identify anywhere on the LGBTQ (le***an, gay, bisexual, transgender or q***r) spectrum. The program provides housing for youth through market rate apartments or shared housing in the Twin Cities and provides landlords with rental subsidies. The program also offers culturally specific and trauma informed services that include case management, life skills education, assistance with education and employment, connections to mental health and chemical dependency treatment, connections to health care services and leadership development opportunities.”
