A reverse dye, I used liquid dye on the s-curve and powder/ice dye on the geode. Saturation could be better but I like!

These is a reverse dye that I was going to do combination liquid and ice dye, but I had too much fun with liquid dye so this is my first totally liquid dye. Colors are pretty vivid! But no color splits.

The seconsd shirt is a reverse of an antique sapphire tshirt. It idi not release mych color prior to dying but I like the effect.

I have been on a streak lately with my dyes. Too many distractions, too clumsy, too careless, too many mistakes. I have been more disappointed than pleased during washouts lately. I have said in the past that I lean into the wabi-sabi of my dyes. Wabi-sabi is described as the appreciation of beauty that is "imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete". It is prevalent in many forms of Japanese art. I've always appreciated the humility of Japanese culture.

Anyway these are a couple cotton/linen mens shirts. I reverse dyed them.
