Hey there, friends. I hope all is going well for you, and that your days are just as busy as you need them to be in this time of rest and hibernation (for those of us in the northern hemisphere).
It may not feel like this to many of us however, as this is also a time of great change. We are drawn to personal and collective evolution, even if we actively work to avoid it. We can all feel the pull of something new on the horizon. We are not alone.
Monday evening, we had a lovely Bright Moon Salon at the Arthouse with Veronica Michael as our honored guest. She talked about fear and aligning to our values in order to proceed with courage. This involves a whole lot of what we have considered in the past to be failure. It is the returning to our values and intentions repeatedly, with courage despite it all, that helps us proceed in our personal growth. And I would add: trust in our creative process!
For the first time, we had equal parts online and in person in a larger group. There were a few tech hiccups, but overall it was a wholehearted and connected group. We shared our stories, laughed together, and felt closer and more connected in the process. I love how the Bright Moon format changes a bit each month, but at its core is meaningful connection.

We’ve also been having a truly gratifying time in the Dark Moon Sparks monthly accountability groups and Group Creative Guidance bi-weekly workshops, both offered with in-person or online options. These are all excellent ways to find connection as we compassionately fumble our way towards this evolution we feel rising within.
Finally, if we are to see ourselves as truly connected, it is important to recognize that we are a part of a whole that includes all. Not only are there genocides happening in Palestine and Sudan, but a whole gamut of wars and conflict around the planet. It is important to do our part to support the vulnerable, and these are a couple of global organizations I return to when I have the resources to do so.
