*We provide services in Trend, Design, and Technical Development, with an emphasis in hats, scarves, and coldweather accessories for clients in the fashion industry.
*We produce and sell the hat line Ruby3, as well as offer custom millinery services.
*We offer mentorship and workshops for creative entrepreneurs.

Hey there, friends. I hope all is going well for you, and that your days are just as busy as you need them to be in this time of rest and hibernation (for those of us in the northern hemisphere).

It may not feel like this to many of us however, as this is also a time of great change. We are drawn to personal and collective evolution, even if we actively work to avoid it. We can all feel the pull of something new on the horizon. We are not alone.

Monday evening, we had a lovely Bright Moon Salon at the Arthouse with Veronica Michael as our honored guest. She talked about fear and aligning to our values in order to proceed with courage. This involves a whole lot of what we have considered in the past to be failure. It is the returning to our values and intentions repeatedly, with courage despite it all, that helps us proceed in our personal growth. And I would add: trust in our creative process!

For the first time, we had equal parts online and in person in a larger group. There were a few tech hiccups, but overall it was a wholehearted and connected group. We shared our stories, laughed together, and felt closer and more connected in the process. I love how the Bright Moon format changes a bit each month, but at its core is meaningful connection.

We’ve also been having a truly gratifying time in the Dark Moon Sparks monthly accountability groups and Group Creative Guidance bi-weekly workshops, both offered with in-person or online options. These are all excellent ways to find connection as we compassionately fumble our way towards this evolution we feel rising within.

Finally, if we are to see ourselves as truly connected, it is important to recognize that we are a part of a whole that includes all. Not only are there genocides happening in Palestine and Sudan, but a whole gamut of wars and conflict around the planet. It is important to do our part to support the vulnerable, and these are a couple of global organizations I return to when I have the resources to do so.

This workshop is an evolution of Future resident Anna Lee’s most popular workshop: Perfection Paralysis and the Role of Anxiety in the Creative Process. We have ALL been there- stuck in a project or possibly never even starting it. Turns out there are some excellent tools for us to better understand our creativity and the blocks, and I am excited to share this with you.
In this workshop, we will discuss: *What it really means when we get stuck in a creative project, and the tools to both honor ourselves and power through. *The connections between our chakra system and the creative process. *Building your own strategy, using the wisdom of your body to navigate your personal creative roadblocks.

This workshop includes: Guided meditation, interactive presentation, individual worksheets, and group discussion.

A lifelong producer, creator, and educator, Anna Lee has helped artists of all genres expand their creative endeavors for nearly twenty years. She is the Creative Director of Workerby (pronounced worker-bee), a company founded on the principles of structure, creativity, and the importance of every task required to make something happen.
