Today would have been my great-grandmother Gloria June Call Woodford's 105th birthday..

She passed away in 1960 at just 38 years old when she passed. My grandmother was only 10 years old when she lost her mom. Today is also a day in the South American 'Day of the Dead' tradition where we leave gifts for those we have lost suddenly. Tonight they visit and we light candles, leave gifts, and let our minds drift on thoughts of those we have lost.

When I started My Reason, I wanted to do something that might make a difference for people struggling with their mental health and the families affected by su***de, or at least just stop sitting idly by and actually do something.

With Round 3 starting November 2nd, I've decided to dedicate this round to her memory.

Well, I think it's about time we get My Reason going again!

We took a break back in April after our second round, and I've had some time to think about what worked and what didn't. We learned a lot, and I'm excited to give it another shot.

Round 3 will officially open November 2nd! We're keeping things a lot simpler this time. Limited orders, local pickup only, and just a couple of options to choose from..

Keep checking the page in the next week or two for an announcement on the dedication for this round.

Alright, I think it's about time to start talking about My Reason again. We took a break after Round 2, and honestly I think we needed it. We learned a lot from the first two rounds about what worked and what didn't. Round 3 is coming, but we're doing this one a little different. It's going to be set limited order window, local pickup only, and we're only doing one big order at the end of the 3rd round.

We're not taking orders yet. Just giving everybody a heads up. We'll have more details after Halloween. Thank you for your continued support, let's make the next donation round the best yet!!

Got to meet with the people who run Wings of Life when I dropped off the donation. Really good people doing good work in our community.

I know the money is going to a good cause!

We took a break from My Reason back in April after our second round of fundraising.

Today I finally got to make our second donation to Wings of Life. This round and donation were made in memory of Matt Dorsey. Thank you to everyone who helped us make it happen.

I can't thank everybody enough who bought a shirt, shared a post, donated, or just supported what we were trying to do.

We learned a lot doing the first two rounds. Some things worked. Some definitely didn't 😂. Taking a few months off gave me some time to think about what I wanted to do next.

I think it's about time for Round 3.

We're going to do this one a little different. Smaller. More limited. And we're not opening anything up just yet.

More on that later.

Thank y'all again. This is the whole reason we started this thing.

Hey guys! I haven't been posting much. We will bring this round of donations and purchases to an end this weekend, Sunday at 9pm.

Thank you to everyone who donated and have been a part of this project so far.

Last hoodies and shirts going out for delivery Monday, had a delay due to a broken ankle.

We will not vote on where the money will be donated this time around. Matthew's mother has requested the money go to Wings of Life in his name!

So as you all know we donated to Warrior Legacy Ranch for the first round of donations in memory of my cousin, Macy O'Brien.

That money went towards the garden project for veterans. Today I received this picture from them. It will be mounted on one of the raised garden beds.

What we are doing together is leaving real marks on the world. Thank you all.
