Hey guys! I haven't been posting much. We will bring this round of donations and purchases to an end this weekend, Sunday at 9pm.

Thank you to everyone who donated and have been a part of this project so far.

Last hoodies and shirts going out for delivery Monday, had a delay due to a broken ankle.

We will not vote on where the money will be donated this time around. Matthew's mother has requested the money go to Wings of Life in his name!

So as you all know we donated to Warrior Legacy Ranch for the first round of donations in memory of my cousin, Macy O'Brien.

That money went towards the garden project for veterans. Today I received this picture from them. It will be mounted on one of the raised garden beds.

What we are doing together is leaving real marks on the world. Thank you all.

Someone mentioned I had my bracelet upside down. I didn't even realize it until they said it, but I'm wearing it this way so I can read it, because this bracelet is my reminder to remember my reasons. Other people wear it the other way so other people can read it.

You can wear it in support of others, or for yourself.

That's the whole point of the project, sometimes the message is for the world, and sometimes just for you.

During a tough time when I was younger, I was introduced to Viktor Frankl's Man's Search for Meaning. This book changed my perspective on life at a young age.

Frankl's book is a look into man's ability to survive even the most treacherous conditions. A Holocaust survivor himself, he watched many men and women have their lives taken during this time.
He watched strong men wither and die, while the weakest among them lasted the entire time and survived.

The defining factor: meaning.

Having meaning, "a reason," can get you through the storm you are weathering. Faith, family, your life's work, helping others — any and all of these, and more, can get you through.

Find your reason and live.

What's your reason?

When it comes to preventing su***de and supporting people who’ve lost loved ones, have their own lived experience or have been affected by su***de, community means everything. 💙

This , we want to remind you that it's through community that we gain strength and become greater than the sum of our parts. Isolation is a risk factor for su***de; and community a protective factor: a useful and lasting way of strengthening our own mental health while being there for one another.

We are a community dedicated to saving lives and bringing hope to those affected by su***de: because when we think and act and feel as a community, we ensure no one feels alone. This May and beyond, discover how powerful we can be together. Through community. 🫂✨

If you feel like you need to check on someone, do it.

You know that small inkling inside you when you’re talking to a family member or friend and something seems off... listen to it.

Better to check and be wrong than not check and be right.

Lift up your brother and sister. Don’t let them fall into despair. Be the light on a dark day. Sometimes all it takes is one conversation to change the entire course of someone’s future.

Remember… your reason matters.
