Hi everyone, I’ve been seeing posts saying that men sleep better next to their wives because of oxytocin, safety, and love.

There is some truth to it. When we’re close to someone we trust, the body can release oxytocin, which helps lower stress and makes it easier to relax and fall asleep.

But it’s not just for men. This is how the human body works in general. Anyone can feel more relaxed and safe with the right person.

At the same time, it really depends on the relationship and the environment. If there is stress, tension, or discomfort, sleep can actually get worse. Some people also sleep better alone because of space, movement, or noise.

At the end of the day, good sleep comes from a calm nervous system. Emotional safety, stable routines, balanced nutrition, and low stress all play a role.

Your body will always tell you what feels right.

Healthy foods are still important and good for the body, but your body has different needs depending on your condition, digestion, and current health. Some foods can support you in one situation but may need to be adjusted in another. This doesn’t mean healthy foods are bad. It just means we need to use them with more awareness.
