Customer Satisfaction is valuable to Molly Moo Designs. However, because we specialize in a wide variety of products in which 90% are custom or ‘make to order’, returns are not accepted. All products are defined with a brief description of specifications. If you have any questions, please ask before purchasing. Should a product arrive damaged, please advise immediately and I will do my best to fix/replace the product

Hello and good morning. I wanted to keep everyone updated. My father now has been in the hospital for a month. While things are looking okay we have a long road ahead it appears. Thank you all for the prayers. Watching your own parent decline is very difficult, but without their will and strength to get better theirs not much as a son/daughter and wife can do.
I am working through orders and I’m almost caught up. I appreciate everyone’s patience during these last few weeks. I am taking orders still so please do not think I’m not. This is my only job and my income so keep them coming.
Yall are a blessing and I’m grateful for each and every one of you. Without your support and to those who share my business I would not be where I am today. God is great! Thank YOU!!

Hello again everyone! I wanted to thank you all for the prayers in regards to my father. He’s still in the hospital with pneumonia and I’m splitting my time here at home and at the hospital. I sincerely apologize on any delays and assure you I’m working fast and efficiently to get them out the door. As most of you know, but for those who do not I accept orders off of all social media and Etsy. So when I quote the lead time it’s based on all the above. I’ve grown a lot this year and while I have a minor set back right now I appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding. If you have any issues with this please pm me and I’m happy to refund you.
