September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and Lymphoma Awareness Month.
This year, those words mean something very different to me.
On July 31, I learned that I have Nodular Lymphocyte-Predominant Hodgkin Lymphoma (NLPHL). Since then, I've started treatment, completed my first round and learned a lot about what it means to keep going even when you're facing something you never expected.
So this month, I'm going to share a little bit of my journey.
Not just about cancer and treatment, but about what I'm experiencing, what I'm learning and how I keep moving forward.
This is Mission Brief One. 🎥
My mission is already underway.
And if sharing my story helps another kid or another family going through something like this know they aren't alone, then that's a pretty important mission.
