Sandy Roots Farm formerly Just Hookin' Design I have sold my lasers & changed my focus to our family & farm. I still have some earring stock to sell but I am no longer making anything custom.

A couple weeks ago while making breakfast I noticed some of our eggs were getting pale & then I cracked one open that was almost white 😳
I started looking at the chickens feed wondering if I needed to make a change or if something in the ingredients had changed. As I was going down that rabbit hole I received a message from this company, Roosty’s asking if I’d like to try their product Gold Dust for egg production.
I said of course! And here we are giving it a try 😃
I’ve only been using it a couple days. It smells amazing & the chickens are loving it so far!
I’ll post an update next week & we’ll see what kind of improvement we have.

I’ve been working with Ms Goldie & her flock, Golden Cuckoo Marans to fine tune their offspring to a more consistent color/pattern. We started out getting a wide variety of colors & patterns but have finally narrowed it down & I cannot wait to see what we get with this next generation of hens & roosters!
