So it's been a while 😅🫣

Initially I planned to launch in June or July of this year and then we had some health issues come up in our family. I'm sure that many of you know that life with kids sometimes leads things to be out of control. As a mom who is doing production 100% by myself I knew that I had to set realistic goals. One key element of my business is that I do not foresee taking pre-orders because life is not always in our control.

That being said I am still planning on launching once I have created a sufficient enough stock. It is looking like the launch will be next year. Thank you for your continued support!

That feeling when you're sewing and get nap trapped 🫠

While our Sparrow collection is definitely set to release there will also be two other limited edition colors. One of those colorways is this beautiful lavender. The top diaper is a three layer pre-fit that has a soft close knit cotton fabric as the outer layer with a layer of T-shirt style cotton inside. The bottom two diapers are 4 layer, cotton t-shirt style fabric. Both diapers will come with a matching cotton and h**p insert.

But for now I remain nap trapped.

Hi new followers! Let me introduce myself.

As a stay-at-home mom to two boys, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges and rewards of cloth diapering. My journey began as a way to reduce waste and ease the financial burden of disposable diapers. However, when my second child came along, I quickly realized that my original cloth diaper stash no longer fit—forcing me to start from scratch.

This experience sparked a question: Is there a more sustainable way to cloth diaper from one child to the next?

With 20 years of sewing experience, I set out to design a better solution—one that could adapt to different body types and grow with babies from infancy through toddlerhood. After months of patterning and testing on my own little one, I knew I had created something special. That’s how Bubble Bug Diapers was born.

The name is inspired by my children—"Bubble" is my oldest’s nickname, and "LoveBug" is my youngest’s. Just like them, Bubble Bug Diapers is built with love, innovation, and a commitment to sustainability.
