It brings me great sadness to write this, but due to integrity and trust concerns, I have made the difficult decision to part ways with my assistant.

As many of you know, Magic Down Main has grown tremendously over the past year, and with that growth comes a lot of customer communication, emails, order updates, and behind-the-scenes work. Because of this, I am looking for ONE person to step into this role and help support the business.

✨ Position Details ✨

• Fully remote
• Does NOT need to be local
• Part-time and flexible
• No set schedule or hours
• You choose a reasonable schedule that works for you (for example, responding to emails from 5–8 PM each evening, checking messages throughout the day, etc.)
• Responsibilities would include responding to customer emails, answering questions, providing order updates, and assisting with customer service tasks

This is not a traditional paid position. Compensation will be provided in Magic Down Main products and shop credit based on workload, accuracy, reliability, and overall contribution.

The role is generally only a few hours per week, though volume can vary depending on launches, preorder arrivals, and seasonal demand. Because the workload fluctuates, compensation is based on work completed rather than hourly time.

Ideal candidates should:
✨ Be friendly and professional
✨ Have excellent communication skills
✨ Be reliable and trustworthy
✨ Have a strong understanding of Magic Down Main, our products, preorder process, and customer policies
✨ Be comfortable communicating with customers in a positive and helpful manner

Well friends… this was NOT on my 2026 bingo card. 🫠✈️

We were literally boarding our flight home. My mom and my 5-year-old daughter had already boarded. We were right behind them when an airline employee stopped us and asked for my son’s vaccination records.

Records that I do not have.

After being sent to guest services, being told they would hold the plane, and then watching them close the doors anyway… my husband, my son, and I are now officially stranded in Florida. 🙃

No luggage.
No stroller.
No flight home.
No available flight to Virginia today because that was the last one.

So while we figure out where we’re sleeping tonight and what in the world we’re doing next…

Florida weather really had other plans for us today 😂☀️⛈️

The weather has been absolutely AMAZING this week (aka approximately 1,000 degrees 🥵☀️), and we were all ready to head to Animal Kingdom to show off our brand new Night Blossom sets… and then the skies decided to get a little dramatic. 🌧️⚡️

So while our Animal Kingdom content plans got canceled, there was NO way I wasn’t showing you guys this outfit before we changed because I am OBSESSED. 😍💜✨
