Mrs. Bentley went to Kitty Heaven on Memorial day. She was 18 years old and definitely used up her 9 lives. She was a Katrina kitty, pulled from flood water by her tail. She was a very spunky cat who defended herself to the likes of Foster eventhough, she had no front claws. Mrs B spent her life making the world happy and had the best motor of all the cats who resided at LLW. She also loved to hug and her snuggles are greatly missed. She died peacefully at home. @ Louisiana Loom Works

Yesterday was our last day at Louisiana Loom Works :( After 21 years, this a big change, but Ronda is excited for what comes next. She will still be weaving and taking orders so feel free to contact her for all your rug needs or to just say hi! Xoxo

Dear Friends,

After many weeks of debate, I’ve decided to close the doors to Louisiana Loom Works as you know it.
As you can imagine it was a difficult decision as it has not only been a place of business but a haven for peace and joy.
The cats and I will retreat to my tiny apartment for now, where I’ll continue to weave rugs and possibly other beautiful items. ( I have dreams of scarfs, one of my addictions.)
Please feel free to call me on my cell phone, send a text, or an email, and stop by to visit when you are in the French Quarter.
There are a few rugs left in the shop that are available for 20% off to all of you.
