The Doll-ee Devotional 🥰🙏🏾🫶🏾💕
Hey dolls, I know life can be a challenge, especially nowadays when there is so much uncertainty. And as a result we carry an exorbitant amount of burden and stress on our shoulders. 😣
But what if I told you, that the things weighing you down were never yours to carry. Jesus clearly gives us the prescription for life’s stressors. 1 Peter 5:7 tells us to “Cast all your cares (anxiety) on him because he cares for you.”🥹
That doesn’t mean that once you give it to God, all of your troubles will go away. It doesn’t mean that you’ll never have to endure another storm. But, it does mean that God will give you the peace you need in the midst of the storm. And then get this, not only will he give you peace, but he will give you endurance to sustain. Matthew 24:13 says “But the one who endures to the end will be saved.”
These are the things that will help to build and fortify you so that you will be a testimony for the next doll facing a storm. 🙌🏾
Here is my pretty prayer for you today doll 🎀
Dear Lord,
Your beautiful babydoll is in the midst of her own personal storm. She is facing insurmountable obstacles and is being challenged at every turn. Lord, give her the stamina she needs to keep going. Give her the peace she needs to rest in You, as the storm rages on. Give her the strength to endure to the end.
God, remind her to always, ALWAYS turn to You for comfort, and let the tribulations that were meant to destroy her be the catalyst of her being stretched into that which You call her to be for Your purpose, glory and edification.
God I ask these things in Your beautifully sweet Son, Jesus name.
