Software Development Engineer (SDE)

eRMG is looking for a skilled SDE to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, Webpack and GraphQL. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase.

In addition, you should be fluent with Python, including backend web development frameworks such as Django.

As a SDE, you should have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, Python and AWS infrastructure, excellent coding skills, and a good understanding of progressive web applications.

Knowledge of AWS infrastructure as service is integral for this position. You will have to be proficient in using AWS services such as DynamoDB, CloudFront, Kubernetes and be able to build an automated deployment of multi-tenanted micro service architecture.

SDE Responsibilities:
• Meeting with the development team to discuss ideas and design applications (remote).
• Reviewing application requirements and design roadmap.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly-responsive user interface components for both front and backend, using React and Django concepts.
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
• Developing and implementing front-end/backend architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end/backend performance.
• Documenting application changes and developing updates.

SDE Requirements:
• Previous experience working as a SDE.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, Python, AWS and other front end/back end technologies.
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, GraphQL, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience with user interface design and Chakra UI/material UI.
• Experience with building SaaS backend with Django.
• Experience working with BitBucket.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Good project management skills.

eRMG is looking for a back-end developer to work on our proprietary platform. The ideal candidate is one who has prior coding experience in python focusing on Django / Flask frameworks for SaaS platforms, keen eye for detail, user experience design and an ability to collaborate, work in teams under deadlines.

Plus: familiarity with AWS (Ec2 / S3 / RDS), PostgreSQL / Neo4j / NoSQLs, JavaScript / GoLang is a plus. Added plus : experience with / interest in machine learning and data science workflows.

Ultimately, a top-class React.js Developer should be able to design and build modern user interface components to enhance application performance.

React.js Developer Responsibilities:
