As an entrepreneur one of the things I have struggled with is my doubts and fears. Worrying whether or not my business will be successful…….the people in my life who support me as an entrepreneur and as a woman let me know that I am brave. Brave for starting my own business because there are so many who would never take that leap.

Affirmations are positive statements that can help you challenge and overcome self sabotaging and negative thoughts. When you repeat them off them, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes.

Speaking affirmations 🗣 over yourself is so important. For me it builds confidence and reassurance in that which I already know.
