You have 10 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your Kem's Wardrobe purchase. Your package must not be post marked any later than 10 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS.

- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them

- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition
- The item(s) were an undergarment, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Pierced Jewelry, - - Shapewear, Butt Boosters / Shapers or any sort of oral filtration mask
- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition

Kem's Wardrobe prices its amazing high quality fashion at prices that ONLY include the price of the garment. All additional services are provided ala carte or individually.
🛒 PRODUCT DEFECTS
NOTE: For manufacturer defective item(s), you have 2 days from the day of delivery to notify us of any defective item(s).
- You must provide images of the defected item(s) to verify any issues.
- Store credit will be issued to use on your next order. This is due to the cost of shipping 1 or 2 items.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for refused and "Return to Sender" orders.

You may cancel your order only if your order has not shipped as of yet. KEMSWARDROBE.COM will make every attempt to facilitate a cancellation request, however, once your order is shipped, no order cancellation is possible.
