Some moments during the DEEN UP brothers bike rides rides for Summer 2022. Make sure you are there for the next!

PLEASE CONSIDER: Biking is a low impact activity on the joints of the body (similar to swimming) while at the same time a great way to improve cardiovascular health. Regular exercise can help keep our blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels normal and lower our risk for heart disease and heart attack.

In an ideal situation, Mayo Clinic recommends:
- 150 minutes a week of moderate aerobic exercise, such as walking at a brisk pace
- 75 minutes a week of vigorous aerobic activity, such as running [or biking!]
- Two or more strength training sessions a week
