Strange Froot USA is a lifestyle brand established in 2020. The inspiration for the brand comes from a poem by New York City's Abel Meeropol, a then schoolteacher and social activist. Meeropol was inspired to write the poem called “Strange Fruit” as a reaction to a photo of a lynching that occurred in the 1930’s. The Strange Froot Brand represents the germination of the seeds of those ‘strange fru

its’ of the past. The aim of the brand is to be the platform that showcases artists and creatives that contribute to popular culture. Each capsule released is a collaboration and will highlight upcoming creatives on the rise. The team behind Strange Froot has over 30 years of experience in the fashion industry working with over 15 brands.
