3 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced
3 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sour cream

1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot. Drain and set aside.
