Flying last night for a short 2.5 hours really got me thinking. Why? Because it’s really too short to do much. I couldn’t sleep, didn’t bring a book and forgot to download some podcasts. So I was stuck with my notebook and work papers. Which made me work. And think. 😛. I thought about distractions, and what it is that makes us not get work done when we need to. Is it a “good” thing? Is it a “bad” thing? Or maybe everything is just a balance. See, on the flight, I really had no distractions and it was quite surreal. Mussia for the most part was quite entertained with Torah Treasure : Agent Emes. For the most part, because she knows it was filmed in Pittsburgh and wanted to know who everyone was! In addition, many of the scenes were filmed at my parents house which she found highly amusing.🤣) So when she was watching her videos, I was really able to get work done for 2 solid hours. I felt pretty good about that, and came to a informal conclusion that the best way to get work done is to fly somewhere 😉 Or just put my phone on airplane mode. What do you do to not get distracted ? Same episode, different view. Where should we take Shmelke on the Road next? Really looking for some interesting ideas! We will be filming consistently for the next little bit as we’d like to pack in as much as we can before it gets too cold outside to film! Plus, we try to avoid using coats in our videos if we can. The dark dreary skies during winter cast a gloomy spell on the images and we’re hoping to avoid that by cramming in many filming sessions. So, what’s your take- which vehicle should we get to next?
