A shortcrust pastry stocking filled with creamy Nutella 🀀

🧹 For the shortcrust pastry:

300 g all-purpose flour

150 g sugar

150 g butter (softened)

1 egg yolk

1 egg πŸ₯š

1 tsp vanilla extract

Grated zest of 1/2 lemon πŸ‹

1 pinch of salt

🧹 For the filling:

350 g Nutella 🍫

🧹 For the colored icing:

80 g powdered sugar

A drop of water πŸ’§

Food coloring 🎨

Steps:
1️⃣ In a bowl (or food processor), mix softened butter, sugar, and eggs. Add vanilla, lemon zest, salt, and sifted flour.
2️⃣ Form a dough, divide it in half, and roll out each piece to 1/2 cm thickness.
3️⃣ Cut out a stocking shape and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
4️⃣ Spread Nutella over the first stocking shape. Cover with the second pastry stocking.
5️⃣ Decorate as desired and bake at 180Β°C (356Β°F) for 30 minutes.
6️⃣ Let it cool, then prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, water, and food coloring to create cheerful designs.

240 g all-purpose flour

20 g potato starch

4 large eggs πŸ₯š

180 g sugar

180 g ricotta πŸ§€

100 ml vegetable oil

Zest of 1 orange 🍊

1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿

1/2 packet baking powder

🍫 Filling: 350 g Nutella
🍊 Glaze: 120 g powdered sugar + orange juice
🍬 Decoration: Sprinkles, candied cherries, sweet treats

✨ Instructions:
1️⃣ Whisk eggs and sugar with an electric mixer πŸ₯£.
2️⃣ Add ricotta, oil, orange zest, and vanilla.
3️⃣ Gradually fold in the flour, potato starch, and baking powder.
4️⃣ Pour half of the batter into a greased bundt pan. Add Nutella, then cover with the remaining batter.
5️⃣ Bake at 170Β°C (340Β°F) for 40 minutes ⏲️.
6️⃣ Once cooled, decorate with glaze, sprinkles, and cherries πŸ’.

Fresh, delicious, without gelatin and without cooking …!!

~ INGREDIENTS ~
For the base
300 g biscuits
150 g melted butter

For the cream
250 ml fresh cream
250 ml mascarpone
50 g Philadelphia
80 g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
250 g strawberries πŸ“

For the topping
120 g white chocolate
80 ml cream

To decorate
Fruit of your choice

Blend the biscuits and add the melted butter, mix. Line a 20/22 cm mould with baking paper. Pour in the previously crumbled biscuits and compact the base well with the back of a spoon. Put in the fridge for 10 minutes.

For the cream: with an electric whisk, whip the mascarpone, Philadelphia, cream, sugar and vanilla. Add the strawberries cut into cubes and mix carefully.
Pour the cream into the biscuit base.
Prepare the ganache for the topping: heat the cream, add the chopped white chocolate, stir until it melts. Let the ganache cool, then add it to the cream. Let the cheesecake rest for 3/4 hours in the refrigerator. Before serving, decorate with fresh fruit. Enjoy πŸ˜‰
