The Fellows at are a cross-section of NYC’s next‑gen talent, from public high schools to CUNY, FIT, NYU, and more learning real skills in fashion marketing, operations, upcycling, and entrepreneurship—while growing their relational intelligence and human connection skills while practicing sewing, mending, and other craft techniques.

At Repurpose, we’re inspired by Esther Perel’s pillars—trust, belonging, and open dialogue—to build meaningful relationships that drive our mission forward. Last week, we welcomed our 2025 Fall RENEW Fellows and introduced them to “Where Should We Begin @ Work,” using the game to spark connection and self-reflection right from orientation.
