This long weekend, give yourself a gift: immerse in nature. 🌿 Listen to its sounds. Notice the wonders of a single flower. Hear the whisper of emerald leaves before they turn amber and drift away. Squint at the sun. Walk barefoot on grass. Breathe in fresh air. For just a moment, be fully present.
