I never expected to be saying BUTTMAXING on the internet. But if it saves one persons life, then it’s worth it. March is Colon Cancer Awareness month. And I am late to the party. But it’s never too late to join the colonoscopy party.
This is coming from a colon cancer survivor, who is also a wearable technology entrepreneur, now working in AI.
I would really like to see more AI deployed for cancer detection especially at the colonoscopy level.
A colonoscopy is one of the very few diagnostic tools that can also remove the issue (or polyps).
And the drugs are great!

It’s very easy to see and to post only the good stuff. And that’s my default. These pictures honour the hell and also the delights. Because last year started in a very different place.
2 blood transfusions.
2 surgeries.
Learning to eat again.
Even to walk again.
I am so very grateful to be here. And I do, somehow think sharing this has helped me and hopefully others. 2026 is definitely starting better than last year. Even if I picked up Salmonella, E.Coli and Norovirus over the course of my travels. 🤮 🦠
Going to start adding more stories to a Substack in the future.

It’s giving 2016.

~ My feet got famous
~ Would travel to yap at people about wearable technology.
~ Worked on many many Nadi X samples.
~ Hosted as often as I could because I finally had an apartment that could fit more than 4 people in it.
~ showcased smart fan jerseys at SuperBowl 50
~ Became one of those annoying people who says “at Burning Man…”
~ Made all my friends on NYC cyclones rides 🙏🏽
~ Had that “girls trip” to Italy and hung out with mostly Americans 🤦🏼‍♀️
~ Was not prepared to see myself on a subway billboard
Loved remembering how fun I could be. And I am still pretty fun when I am not exhausted.
