With Father’s Day approaching, we wanted to share some of Mountain & Sackett’s rich history as a family business.

Established by Sidney Nitchun, and later joined by John Mountain, the company started as Mason Neckwear in 1957. Passed down through family generations, Nick Sackett and Bill Mountain have created the heritage brand Mountain and Sackett to honor this lineage, and to carry forward the tradition of high quality craftsmanship set by Sidney and John. Pictured is Sidney at the Neckwear Association of America annual meeting in 1966.
