Well… after almost 3 weeks in the hospital by the grace of God 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 The day has finally come for me to be discharged 🙌🏾
How I got here? On 3/22 I decided to go for my usual Central Park Run 🏃🏾… within minutes I lost feeling in my right leg. I Immediately went to the ER where they found a blockage in my Femoral Artery, requiring an emergency procedure…. Fast-forward ⏭️ 3 weeks and 2 procedures later saving my life and leg with complications along the way, I am on my way to a speedy recovery. ❤️🩹 This has been the most challenging experience mentally, emotionally, and physically of my life, but I am beyond blessed and grateful that God, faith, family, and friends got me through this. And l am forever thankful for the nurses and doctors that took care of me physically and mentally during this period. You never know what life can throw your way, but trust and faith can help you overcome any obstacle. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
