More vintage INSANIA.  I want both of the The Falls housecoats - do you know how hard it was leaving them behind?! Painfullllll… Then there was that resplendent (lovely word) fringe jacket Suburbia Circus . Yes, that too please. The vintage wedding dress Messy Jessy Vintage surely has a celestial second life in its future - as a tea-length piece (that will happily get worn many times more than as the wedding dress it once was). Once Jess has fixed the bodice, she’s going to move the waistband down the skirt a bit, where there’s a little more width - so whoever gets to wear it will be able to breathe whilst looking breathtakingly gorgeous. We like breathing.
See you at every Manhattan Vintage Show fair for the rest of the year, if I have my way!  I LIVE for these shows!!

You know how I feel about vintage fairs, but when Amy Abrams took her EPIC Manhattan Vintage show to the Hamptons - and then invited a posse of the best vintage sellers in the world - it was a mind-takeover.  I had to lie down for hours afterwards to recover. (Part 2 coming next to prove it!) It’s not just that the clothes are the-stuff-of-dreams - Amy’s shows feel like you’re at the coolest daytime disco - the BEST kind of 80s fest: rocking while you’re shopping. Paradise on Earth for this human. Just discovered they’re doing a Denim Fest Manhattan Vintage (HELLO) on 26th September, ahead of the big Fall Show 16-18 Oct. You know where to find me….
