🚨 I NEED HELP. Are you okay with this happening on the Upper East Side?
This is happening repeatedly in front of my store. People are selling food from coolers, loitering and becoming confrontational with me.
I have contacted 311, 911 the 19th Precinct, quality-of-life officers and the Health Department—but nothing changes no one is helping. I have been a business owner here for 27 years. Why am I getting no help?
