Friend of a Friend Studio Friend of a Friend Studio is the design practice & playground of Jason M. and Kristi P.

The goal of our work is to tell stories, start conversations, and explore more of what connects us. Friend of a Friend Studio is husband-and-wife creative duo Jason Mei and Kristi Pagdanganan. By day, we are a traveling creative studio whose talents range from illustration, branding development, fashion, packaging, and other print and digital media. By night, we are makers of super cool goods that

support causes close to our hearts. Proceeds from every Friend of a Friend product sale will directly support creative arts programs for local youth, always.

Hi friends — there’ll be more incoming sappy words later, but just wanted to quickly announce that this weekend will be our last for a while. Incredibly grateful for the Canal Street gang and our shop team for everything, always. We’re planning on taking a break from shopkeeping to focus on some creative, and will def be back really soon for some pop-ups ✌🏼

GONG HEY FAT CHOI!

It’s been a wild few years, and so it feels right that we’re celebrating the arrival of the Year of the Rabbit — because the rabbit is calm and gentle, but also apt to survive, to jump forward, and find its way.

Our Year of the Rabbit long-sleeve is a Comfort Color base pre-shrunk, washed and dyed lucky red, and decorated with art inspired by the animal of the new year.

Available now in limited quantity at the shop and online (store is back up!).

Happy New Year — we’re so grateful to still be here with you today, and we’re so ready to keep moving forward together under the new moon 🌕
