The COVID-19 pandemic hits US shores and we are woefully under-prepared.

Supplies are low, and replacements are unavailable or delayed. Not only this–alternatives of the same level of filtration are unavailable as well, due to the medical shortage. More alternatives are needed until proper supplies are available.

These parts assemble to form a filter cartridge that will fit onto:

1. Any Standard 3M respirator
2. Any standard MSA respirator
3. A 3M Disposable half facepiece respirator (model 5200: https://www.3m.com/3M/en_US/company-us/all-3m-products/~/3M-Half-Facepiece-Disposable-Respirator-Assembly-5201-Organic-Vapor-Medium-12-EA-Case/?N=5002385+3294738366&rt=rud ). This model accepts disposable NIOSH 5101, 5201, and 5301 cartridges (also identifiable by four tabs rather than three).

Combine these parts with some cotton rounds and you have a fairly safe breathing apparatus--this is not recommended for those experiencing symptoms, as exhalation is unfiltered. (Still WIP, I may add this)
