THEY NEVER CAME TO OUR HOME — BUT STILL FILED IN COURT
READ THAT AGAIN.
For months, my family has been living under the shadow of an unlawful case — one built without an investigation, without a single visit to our home, and without a shred of credible evidence.
Here’s what the record shows:
No home visit or inspection was ever conducted before court filings — violating Connecticut General Statutes §17a-101g, which requires an investigation before legal action.
Court documents were filed with unsubstantiated claims — violating due process protections under the Fourteenth Amendment.
Our lawful exercise of constitutional rights was used as an allegation against us — a direct violation of the First and Fourteenth Amendments.
Exculpatory evidence proving their claims false was ignored — again violating due process.
Threats of arrest and child removal were made without a signed court order — violating the Fourth Amendment’s protection against unlawful seizure.
False statements were included in sworn documents — a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1621 – Perjury.
The individuals who authorized or carried out these violations:
Kelsey Brewer – Filed false statements and ignored evidence.
Cassie Issacs – Threatened arrest and child removal without lawful authority.
Michelle Peterson – Signed and authorized unlawful court filings.
We gave them every opportunity to end this out of respect for the State of Connecticut. We asked them to review their own evidence, to correct their own mistakes, and to resolve this quietly. Instead, they ignored the truth, hoping we would stay silent so they could cover it up.
We should not be treated like criminals in order to protect the true criminals. Their actions — and their attempts to cover them up — are illegal.
This Friday at noon, a hooded T-shirt drops in 40 camo patterns and tactically inspired colors — free to anyone who wants one.
Because the truth should never cost you a dime.
Because silence only protects the corrupt.
This isn’t child protection.
It’s government overreach.
