ther created patterns for large design companies. Of course we all know that in high school, style is important, and Ed made many fashion statements: first, always coordinating colors and styles, and second, never wanting to wear anything straight off-the-rack. He added materials – fabrics, stones, crystals – and painted on designs to his hoodies and shirts, he always accessorized, and was seldom seen in the same thing twice. He would stay up late creating unique outfits, to stand out the next day. As a sophomore, with his best friend and some cousins he started a clothing line and named it Ambrosia. Working as part of a team, the competition and creativity went up several notches, and Ed was hooked. Searching for a new name, he arrived at Royal Vision, and Ed explains the genesis behind the name: “I always felt that when you step out, you should feel like you’re royalty walking down the NYC street with what you’re wearing….and when you are Royal, people follow your style and your Vision.” True to the name, Royal Vision is here to set trends, and not follow others. Royal Vision then started color splashing (also known as tie-dye), and blended it with other motifs, and with crystals. And, as expected, many have followed the trends, and appreciated and adopted the styles. By word-of-mouth, friends, fashion shows, and some consignments, demand for RV designs grew steadily.
