Lo-fi Earth Day vibe. This is what Earth Day looks like for a lot of us. A tiny oasis within an otherwise loud and busy landscape, like the jackhammers in stereo this morning when I was taking this.
Take what you can get to appreciate what you have access to and make conscious decisions that help you do better.
And HMU if you need some basil or oregano- they’re ready for spring 😎

It’s Refashion Week and a perfect time to learn more about fashion, fashion systems and how we can do better. Like many industries, there’s a lot of behind the scenes stuff not known to the public- I’ve probably shared some with you if we’ve ever had that chat. # #
Today’s event was a panel on thrifting, one of my fave hobbies. Aussie super thrifer launched her new book and hosted guests who also share their stories in it. 💫 it was wonderful to hear how thrifting has become an important part of people #’s life.

First day of Earth Month is a perfect time for a comeback!
Here’s an easy one to start with- minimize food waste by tagging things in your fridge that should be used up first. Food waste is a huge problem and one that can be easily minimized. I got this tape by on my recent trip to Australia - and can’t wait to use it!- but you can always use masking tape to make your own version. Composting is fab but should be a last resort.

-Chooses filter to make trash can look sexy. Recycling in large places is sexy. Even sexier if they actually do it.
