ALTERATIONS... Can make your garment look like it was made for you. Part of what I do. My client needed 4 inches to come off the bottom of this beautiful full skirt made of embroidered tulle complete with lining. My Sew Jo was happy to make it happen.

A late post... but 1 of the most beautiful, magical mystical projects I've ever worked on. It was sooo much fun creating this tulle skirt for my granddaughter's 7th birthday
pictures. Taylor wanted to be on a unicorn cloud, and what Taylor wants, Nana Pooh gets (well not everything.) This gorgeous skirt that swept the floor was created from layers and layers and layers of Shiny Turquoise and Lavender Tulle from Joann's Fabric. This created the colorful cloud that she wanted.

💕 A most regal and royal look for a gorgeous young lady who is truly a Queen.
Yvette was an absolute hit at the beautiful wedding of her nephew, and I am honored that she commissioned me to create her look. Yvette's blush jumpsuit and cape was made from the Casa Fabric Collection.
You wore it beautifully my Queen.

Hello family and friends,
I know I have not been on in awhile but My Sew Jo is on its way to creating a space with softer surroundings. Of course it's taking much longer than I anticipated. I am warming it up, redecorating, reorganizing and calling things into order. I wanted it to be more inspiring creatively, and to take on my charm and personality. So I'm surrounding myself with the things I love. Painting 2 rooms turned into painting every room in the house, which has totally destroyed by designing and sewing schedule. But we're still making it happen and I'll be back on schedule very soon.
Just so you know, a few peeks below...

My Sew Jo would like to introduce you to the Stephie Dress. I love her! She is gorgeous!
Cha Cha N'Kole of Philly is the designer and pattern maker on this.
This flared, off the shoulder dress has a scalloped hemline and is done in a mauve textured knit. A fabric that will be complimentive to any figure. I made a rose out of the same fabric and of course, added my signature button. She's my new best friend... 😊
