I'm a girl that likes to sew. I take pride in my work, and am always looking for the best way to app We’re all different and value different things in a diaper.

I didn't start cloth diapering until my 5th child was 5 months old. I've learned a lot of things since that time the most important of which is that choosing a cloth diaper is a very personal thing! With so many options available, it can be a little overwhelming. So here are a few things I've learned and the ideas behind my diaper design. This style diaper is essentially what I’ve come to love in

a diaper. Sturdy, soft, easy to use. The diapers I make are ai2 (all in 2) hybrids. Meaning, that this little diaper is all you need. No cover necessary. It also means that it will fit your child from 10 lbs. to 35 lbs. That's a lot of wear for your money! The outside (the shell) is made from two layers of anti pill fleece which is both moisture resistant and breathable at the same time. I love this material because it's soft and squishy and I don't have to worry about the breakdown that happens with PUL. On the inside you’ll find a soaker which is exactly what it sounds like. The soaker is a petal style that is made from 4 layers of very heavy organic bamboo fleece. I love bamboo! It’s super absorbent and it stays soft wash after wash. These soakers have not been prepped yet so don’t worry when they shrink a little in the wash. I made them rather large to accommodate some shrinking. To clean your diapers, use 1/4 to 1/2 the amount of laundry detergent you would use to wash a normal load of clothes. Too much soap can cause build up in the soaker and guess what? Then it doesn’t soak! Not a good thing. Another thing to steer clear of is fabric softener. Never ever use it on your soakers. If you want to wash the pieces separately fabric softener is fine on the cover. But fabric softener is like adding wax to your clothes….and you know how well wax absorbs. Good on cover. Bad on soaker!! Fleece diapers are my first choice. I love them and I’m glad to be able to share my favorite with you! I’m always happy to answer questions so just email me if you need to!

Life just hit super sonic speed y'all!

Last spring my husband suggested that with our youngest starting kindergarten it would be a good time for me to go back to school. So I made the huge decision to venture back to work on getting my degree. Yikes, but super exciting!!

I started classes last Monday, and well.....I'm going to be a busy girl. My shop will most definitely stay open though. Be looking for new products and deals like these crazy cute mini glitter earrings!!
