Hi! I’m Alexa, founder of Praise & Pilates.

Praise & Pilates was born from two things that changed my life: Pilates and Jesus.

Pilates became a place where I found my strength again, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It taught me discipline, breath control, resilience, and confidence. It showed me that strength doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful.

My faith became my anchor in seasons where I felt stretched, refined, and uncertain. After five years of my husband and I trying to conceive, my faith was deeply tested. There were prayers that felt unanswered, days that felt heavy, and moments where hope required more strength than I thought I had. But it was in that stretching that I learned to truly surrender and trust God with every part of my story.

Somewhere along the way, I realized I didn’t want to compartmentalize the two. I didn’t want my workouts separate from my worship. I longed for a space where movement and meaning could exist together.

So I created it.

Praise & Pilates is a studio rooted in intentional movement, elevated experience, and meaningful connection. It’s a space designed to feel as good as it looks, where strength is built with purpose, and where every woman is invited to show up exactly as she is.

Some classes are faith-forward.
Some are simply refined, powerful Pilates.
All are created with intention.

Because this is about more than movement.
It’s about restoration. Confidence. Surrender. Strength.
Whether you’re here for the workout, the worship, or just a reset from your week, you belong here.

This studio isn’t just about toned muscles.
