First flip in the books. Originally this was going to be a long term hold. Multi family with great cash flow. But change of plans. We only sat on the market for roughly a month and was able offer great cash flow to the investor since it was fully occupied.

really does go above and beyond on every deal. Not only was the process super smooth but we smashed the record for comps in the area by about $40,000 setting the new standard in that neighborhood.

Had to show love to the guys and big headed i made a joke to frank a little over a year ago he was walking into a title company and I asked if he was somewhere else. His response was im at the title company if you know what these look like. Been in 5 since, thanks for the push

East Philly properties just acquired our first property. This property is a duplex, we plan on renovating and renting out both units. Just Want to give a huge shout out to our realtor on this deal. Since the begining scott has been on top of everything for us and is very knowledgeable and really puts the extra effort in. A ton of phone calls and a ton of questions he was there for every one of them. Oh and he also offers babysitting services at closing 😂😂 you're aces buddy!

Today we get to celebrate 6 years of continuous sobriety! Gods love and grace can conquer anything because if life was fair id be dead or in jail. This is 6 years of anything but perfect, 6 years of showing up no matter what and dealing with whats in front of me. 6 years of liberation and freedom. Lifes different today, i get to wake up to a beautiful family. Im a husband and a father which is 2 most important things to me today. I went from loser, ju**ie, hopeless, unemployable to husband, father, business owner, home owner, landlord, responsible friend. Thats what God does he can change your situation and your name.
